It's simple! Fill out our event form or call us at 973-631-0576 with your event details. We'll discuss your ideas, send a custom proposal for approval and payment, then deliver and set up everything on event day. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the compliments!

The more notice, the better! We ask for at least 3 weeks if you have specific color or style requests, due to inventory and shipping timelines. If your event is coming up sooner, reach out anyway we'll do our best to accommodate based on current availability.

The more details, the better! Helpful info includes your event date, venue name and address, color palette or theme, approximate guest count, and any inspiration photos you have. You can share all of this through our event form.

We decorate all types of events including birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, sweet 16s, quinceañeras, grand openings, ribbon cuttings, corporate events, school events, holiday parties, and photo booths. If you're celebrating something we can make it beautiful.

Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your event. Our minimum for event installations is $200 (before tax and setup fees, based on weekday availability). Balloon bouquet deliveries start at $75. Fill out our event form for a custom quote every event is different and we'll design something that fits your vision and budget.

Yes! Our Signature Pick-Up option lets you order a fully designed and pre-built balloon garland, pick it up at our Randolph, NJ studio, and install it yourself. It's a great budget-friendly option for customers comfortable with DIY installation.

Yes! All full-service installations include delivery and professional setup. We handle everything so you can focus on your event. Delivery fees are based on distance from our studio in Randolph, NJ. We will replace anything that pops during transport or setup.

We are based in Randolph, NJ and serve Morris County and the greater Northwest New Jersey metro area including Morristown, Randolph, Denville, Rockaway, Madison, Parsippany, Florham Park, Chatham, and surrounding towns. Yes, we do outdoor setups! Keep in mind that outdoor conditions heat, direct sunlight, wind, and humidity can shorten balloon lifespan. We'll advise you on the best balloon choices and placement for outdoor events to get the best results possible.

Indoor balloon garlands can last up to a month or more when kept away from direct heat and sunlight. Latex is a natural substance subject to environmental factors heat, children, pets, foliage, and rough surfaces can shorten balloon life. We cannot guarantee balloon lifespan once delivered, but we use only the highest quality materials and will replace anything that pops during transport or setup.

Yes! We use 100% biodegradable, natural latex balloons. Latex is derived from rubber trees it's a natural substance that breaks down in the environment. We are committed to using high-quality, responsibly sourced materials for all of our creations.
